All products must be paid for in full before shipping.

The Wallpaper Collective uses an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Web Server Certificate to offer secure and encrypted communications for all data to and from the site. Wallpaper Collective does not store your credit card information.

Many of our wallpapers are made to order. As such delivery times will vary and depend on the order, the stock and the destination. We are not financially liable for delay in delivering the products. Delivery charges are automatically calculated and applied at the checkout. Samples are mailed out by USPS within 48 hours. Please email contact@wallpapercollective.com with specific questions regarding delivery times.

We sell all our products with the belief that they are of excellent quality and will serve their intended purpose. You as the customer must take into account your particular situation and the conditions of the intended site. Any and all defects in the wallpaper should be reported immediately upon receipt. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial and other losses. We will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We will not refund any amount of money for labor spent or incurred in hanging our wallpapers.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You must be over 18, possess a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. A contract will be formed once the goods that you have ordered have been shipped to you. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the website are correct some errors may occur. If we discover an error in price for any goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask you to either re-confirm the order at the right price or cancel. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

The Wallpaper Collective STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that you hire a professional wallpaper installer to hang the products that you buy from us. These are artisanal-quality products (some of which need to be trimmed) and should be treated with respect. A professional wallpaper installer is NOT a painter who says she/he can hang wallpaper. You should check with the National Guild of Professional Paperhangers, Inc. to locate a reputable and experienced wallpaper hanger near you.

Wallpaper Collective does not accept returns. Order a sample first. Have your measurements taken by a professional, and have your wallpaper professionally installed. Inspect all wallpaper rolls upon delivery and contact the Wallpaper Collective immediately if any of the rolls arrive damaged at order@wallpapercollective.com or 917-951-2081. Wallpaper Collective will not consider damage return requests 7a days after delivery. Returns for defective products will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund your money. We will do so within a reasonable time period, usually less than 30 days after wallpaper is returned, and will always inform you of our decision. Please ship products to:

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, closed on major US holidays, so orders will only be processed during these times.

A pattern match is the vertical distance between one point on a pattern design to the identical point vertically. This is an integral part of the design. A random match is one in which the pattern matches no matter how adjoining wallpaper strips are positioned. Stripes are a good example. A straight-across match is one in which the design elements match on adjoining strips. A drop match is one in which there is a vertical drop between the matching design elements. With straight-across matches, every hung strip is the same as the ceiling line. With drop matches, the number of strips hung before a strip is repeated is dependent on the type of drop match. Patterns with a significant drop match (24 inches or greater) may require additional wallpaper to be ordered. Wallpaper Collective STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that you have a professional measure your walls.

All wallpapers, except some textures and murals, have a pattern repeat. The repeat is the vertical distance between one point on the pattern to the identical point vertically. This pattern repeat is an integral part of the design. The repeat can range anywhere from an inch - or even occasionally less - up to as much as the width of the wallpaper or more.
